About Me

My spiritual journey began long before I have any memories of it when Poltergeist was more than my favorite movie. I watched it every chance I could and although Mom and Dad questioned their parental choices, they gave in and allowed the obsession to continue. Something drew me very intensely to the main character Carol Anne; a gifted clairvoyant child, plagued by trapped spirits attempting to steal her light or looking to her as a path to the light.  I didn’t understand it at the time of course, but something connected me deeply to this character, who was so much more than a character to me. She was a child  that I could relate to more than I could comprehend at the time.

By adolescence I frequently felt the presence of spirits and could intentionally astral travel which I often used to freak my mother out when I would pop into the kitchen and list everything she had done in the previous hour.

At 22, the traumatic loss of my Father brought me to Ireland for several months of healing, ancestor chasing and eventually dual citizenship. Through this process my intuition strengthened. I learned how to help spirits cross over that have remained lost in this realm as well as a better understanding of the beauty and pain that comes with being an empath. 

Once back home, I partnered in starting a promotional film company shedding light on the work of non-profits. This quickly lead to a life on the road immersing myself in other cultures and finding ways to help wherever I could. I'd always loved helping people but now I understood that it was my purpose. The birth of my son closed the chapter in World travel for TV and Film, blowing that spiritual door wide open again. This time it was connected to my son and I felt like I was in my childhood movie all over again as I witnessed him be tormented by spirits on a daily basis. 

Fists up and ready for battle, I was mentored in intensive energy protection and clearing while simultaneously diving into Reiki which quickly surfaced deep rooted trauma and years of lost childhood memories.

I began my Reiki and spiritual journey to help my son and answer a calling I’ve had to help people since I was small. In the process, a darkness I didn’t realize I was carrying, was healed. Being a conduit for emotional and physical support is a gift I am forever grateful to have the opportunity to share.
